Thinking about recruiting IT Graduates? Here is what they are looking for and how you can compete to attract the best.....

A Recent survey of students showed their priorities for their graduate job:

1: 98% put priority on an organisation that will treat them fairly
2: A job involving interesting work
3: Access to training and development


So as an employer, here are recommendations to attract the best:

1: Making it explicit that the job is a pathway to a fulfilling career
2: Discussing the wider opportunities that the company will provide
3: Reaching a diverse pool of candidates through various channels
4: Making meaningful connections with candidates
5: Shifting to online recruitment processes if necessary
