Targeting IT Talent
Yesterday, I informed a candidate they were unsuccessful after an interview for an IT Management position. Delivering bad news doesn’t get any easier.
After phoning to share the detailed feedback with one candidate, I received the following email from them, which I truly appreciate………
"Whilst it is a shame (for me anyway!) that my application didn’t progress further, this was one of the more rewarding processes I’ve been through of late. You were really engaged and clearly well informed about the role, the organisation and the interviewer. In a recruitment profession that runs through a whole spectrum, you really stood out as a credit to it."
