Well, here is a good question to ask the interviewer: Why do you like it at “organisation name”?
The answer will give you a real and honest insight into the culture of the organisation, rather than the standard selling messages included in a job advert.
The longer their answer, then the more motivated they are by the culture and their own opportunities with the organisation.
It's a great way to find out if the interviewer, to whom you’ll probably report, is motivated by similar things to you.
It will really help to answer your own question of: Is this vacancy and organisation right for me?
