Referral Reward
Do you know someone with the skills required for one of our clients' vacancies or who is looking for a new employer to realise their potential?
We offer a Referral Reward when you refer an IT contact, friend or colleague who we subsequently place with one of our clients. The Referral Reward of £300 will be paid to you or you may prefer to donate it to a registered charity which we can do on your behalf.
Our approach, integrity and maintaining confidentiality means you can trust your referral will be managed professionally. All you have to do is provide the name and contact details of your referral and let us do the rest. We shall confirm via email that the referral qualifies for the Referral Reward. The Referral Reward is available when you introduce us to an IT professional who is not already registered with Genium or we have not had contact with the candidate for over one year. It will only be paid after the referred candidate has been placed in a permanent position by Genium and has completed 12 weeks probationary period from the commencement of employment.
